Refund policy

We want you to love everything you get from elaichi co. — from our chai blends to our merch. If something’s not quite right, here’s how returns work:

🕒 Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

✅ Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition (unopened for chai, unworn for apparel, unused for tumblers)

• All original packaging and tags must be intact

• You’ll need proof of purchase (your order confirmation email works!)

🚚 How to Start a Return

Email us at info@elaichico.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is accepted:

• We’ll provide instructions and a return label (the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund)

• Please do not send anything back without emailing us first — unapproved returns won’t be accepted

💥 Damages or Issues

If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at info@elaichico.com within 3 days of delivery and we’ll investigate to ensure everything is in order.

🚫 Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Chai blends or other food items once opened

• Gift cards

• Final sale items

🔄 Exchanges

Want a different size or item? The quickest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
(Heads up — it can take a few extra days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.)
